With all of today’s technology, busyness, and distractions, life can be hectic. Meditation can be a lifelong tool to gain focus, balance, and alignment in your life. It is an individual experience and is life enhancing. Studies show there are long lasting benefits with meditation.  Meditation creates well-being of mind, body and spirit. Some of the benefits of meditation include, less worry and anxiety, reduced stress, improved emotional well-being, decreased depression, lower blood pressure, enhanced immune system and energy level,  increased memory retention and recall to name a few. Meditation can assist with navigation through life with more ease, peace, and awareness. I offer a variety of forms and techniques of meditation.

About Pam
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I invite you to explore the wonders of meditation. But first let me introduce myself. My name is Pam Bancroft. I have been in the healing arts profession since 1995 when I was licensed as a massage therapist. Since then I have studied and practiced a variety of healing modalities. I hold certifications in Healing Touch, Reiki, Bereavement and Grief Counseling, Heart Math Facilitating, and Mindful Meditation.
 
I found meditation in my early 30’s when I suffered with severe anxiety and panic attacks which at times left me homebound. Meditation became a healing and stabilizing force for me.
As a meditation coach and instructor it brings me great joy to share this wonderful practice. I have witnessed shifts, healing and transformation in people’s lives.
I am an affiliate with The Sura Center through their Liberate Meditation Coaching Program.
My work comes from a place of passion with the intention to assist others to find peace, clarity, healing, and joy. My hope is to bring balance, direction, and alignment to others through meditation, coaching, and instruction.This is offered to individuals, groups, businesses, and organizations. I welcome the opportunity to speak to groups or organizations about the process and benefits of meditation and or coaching.

Coaching
Meditation coaching is the process of assisting a client to access answers, clarity and direction in their life. A meditation coach serves the client while being neutral and non-judgmental.
The following sentences are taken from The International Coaching Federation: “Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.”
Coaching is not therapy or counseling. Coaching is geared toward assisting the client to set and reach goals promoting a forward motion.
As a meditation coach, I will guide and instruct you through meditation, support you through your journey, offer you tools to assist you on your path and be present to you.  I can also be a vessel for direction and clarity in your life and be kind, compassionate and non-judgmental. I will be your personal cheerleader and be committed to your process. I will hold you accountable to the meditation coaching process. And I will assist you at times in a relaxed state so that you are more receptive in discovering your own answers.
